“The worst people on earth to serve are the POOR PEOPLE”

POOR meaning:  Passing Over Opportunities Repeatedly

See the reasons below:

1)Give them free, they will think it is a trap.

2)Tell them it’s a small investment, they’ll say you can’t earn much.

3)Tell them to come in BIG, they’ll say “I don’t have any money”.

4)Tell them to try new things, they’ll say “no experience; has it been proven to work? Who has gained from it before?”.

5)Tell them it’s traditional business, they’ll say “it’s too HARD to do”.

6)Tell them it is a new business model, they’ll say “I don’t do network marketing and how many years has this business model been existing??? “.

7)Tell them to run a shop, they’ll say “I will be tied down, I’ll have no freedom”.

8)Tell them to follow a 1-year business plan, they’ll say “it’s too long. Please, I can’t wait for so long”.

9)Ask them what can they do … they’ll say “I can do ANYTHING”

10)They like to ask friends who are as hopeless as themselves to get their opinions….even the bible acknowledges the fact that blind people don’t lead blind people.

11) They think more than a university professor and do less than a blind man.

Penny wise, Pound foolish.

One major challenge POOR people have is “LACK OF ACTION!

They enjoy their comfort zone, dwelling and swimming in their “own type of knowledge”.

Anything beyond their reason “can’t work, and therefore it is fraudulent”

This is the cause!
Proverbs 6:10-11 says: “A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest, and poverty WILL come on you like a thief and scarcity like an armed man.”

This is December 2016.
We have few weeks left to celebrate 2017 as a new year.
If you continue to earn what you are earning at the moment all through the new year, tell me: will that dream of becoming a financial pillar in your family be achieved by the end of December 2017?

Well, YOU alone know the answer.

WISE WORDS FROM A GREAT THINKER AND OBSERVER!

Buffalos kill 7 people every year.
Lions kill 500 people every year.
Hippos kill 800 people every year.
Spiders kill 5000 people every year.
Scorpions kill 7000 people every year.
Snakes kill 10000 people every year.

And then, surprisingly,

Mosquitoes kill 2.7 million people every year. Yes, the smallest are the deadliest!

Small ‘sins’, hardly noticed by many, are the most deadly to your spiritual life.

Avoid excuses for not praying and allotting few moments of your day to your Creator.

Sins of omission are just as deadly as sins of commission.

Gossiping and small lies, are committed more frequently and are deadly.

Mind those little compromises that you do daily. They are the ones that will bring your downfall.

Successful people have two things on their lips, “Smile and silence”.

Smile can solve problems, while
Silence can avoid problems.

Sugar and salt may be mixed together
but ants reject the salt and carry away only the sugar.

Select the right people in life and make your life better and sweeter.

If you failed to achieve your dreams, change your ways not your Creator.

Remember, trees change their leaves, not their roots.

You will never reach your destination if you stop and throw stones at every dog that barks.

Haters will see you walking on water and say it’s because you can’t swim.

Even if you dance on water, Your enemies will accuse you of raising dust.

Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business and to work with your own hands.

Remember Don’t ever wrestle with a pig. You’ll both get dirty, but the pig will enjoy it.

BE WISE!

Lesson from Giraffes

Baby giraffes never go to school. But they learn a very important lesson rather early in life. A lesson that all of us would do well to remember.

The birth of a baby giraffe is quite an earth-shaking event. The baby falls from its mother’s womb, some eight feet above the ground. It shrivels up and lies still, too weak to move.

The mother giraffe lovingly lowers her neck to smooch the baby giraffe. And then something unbelievable happens. She lifts her long leg and kicks the baby giraffe, sending it flying up in the air and tumbling down on the ground.

As the baby lies curled up, the mother kicks the baby again and again until the baby giraffe, still trembling and tired, pushes its limbs and for the first time learns to stand on its feet.

Happy to see the baby standing on its own feet, the mother giraffe comes over and gives it yet another kick. The baby giraffe falls one more time, but now quickly recovers and stands up.

Mama Giraffe is delighted. She knows that her baby has learnt an important lesson:

Never mind how hard you fall, always remember to pick yourself up and get back on your feet.

Why does the mother giraffe do this? She knows that lions and leopards love giraffe meat. So unless the baby giraffe quickly learns to stand and run with the pack, it will have no chance of survival.

Most of us though are not quite as fortunate as baby giraffes. No one teaches us to stand up every time we fall. When we fail, when we are down, we just give up.

No one kicks us out of our comfort zone to remind us that to survive and succeed, we need to learn to get back on our feet.

This message is say, no matter how hard you have fallen, no matter how deep the pain, you may even get bruised sometimes, but , dust everything off and start again.

Its a brand new day full of opportunities to make you stronger and better

Stay Blessed

Get up…Hustle hard…Stand up…

Two important lessons I learnt from a $50 note.

1. It happened some time ago. I was in an audience listening to a motivational speaker. The speaker got his wallet out & pulled out a $50 note. Holding it up, he asked, “Who
wants this $50 note?” Lots of hands went up. Including mine. A slow chorus began to build as people began to shout “Me!” “Me!” I began to wonder who the lucky one would be and who the speaker would choose. And I also secretly wondered (and I am sure others did too ) why he would simply give away $50. Even as the shouts of “I want it” grew louder, I noticed a young woman running down the aisle. She ran up onto the stage, went up to the speaker, and grabbed the fifty dollar note from his hand. “Well done, young lady,” said the speaker into the microphone. The speaker simply said “Most of us just sit and wait for good things to happen. That’s of no use. You’ve got to make things happen. Make a move” ‘Simply thinking about doing something is of no use and not good enough’. Our lives are like that.We all see opportunities around us. We all want the good things. But the problem is we don’t take action. We all want the $50 notes on offer. But we don’t make the move. We look at it longingly. Get up, and do something about it. Don’t worry about what other people might think. Take action.

2. Later, the speaker got another $50 note and held it up for all to see. I thought I know what’s up. But he just asked a simple question. “How much is this worth?” “Fifty dollars!” the crowd yelled in unison. “Right,” said the speaker. He then took the note and crumpled it into a ball and asked “How much is it worth now?” “Fifty dollars ” screamed the audience. He then threw the note on the ground, stamped all over it and picked up the note and asked one more time: “And how much is it worth now?” “Fifty dollars !” was the response. “I want you to remember this,” said the speaker. “Just because someone crumples it, or stamps on it, the value of the note does not diminish. We should all be like the $50 note.. In our lives, there will be times when we feel crushed, stamped over, beaten. But never let your self-worth diminish. Just because someone chooses to crush you — that doesn’t change your worth one bit! Don’t allow your self-worth to diminish because someone says something nasty — or does something dirty — to you.” Never let your self-worth diminish… Above all never let your faith and trust in God dwindle because His grace is always sufficient for you.

To change our lives we have to think!!!

Rats always enjoyed life in their little community but they had only one problem, the cat. The cat would come in and disrupt their joy and celebrations and most of the times would kill some rats.
One day one rat called for a meeting because she felt she had a brilliant idea to ease the problem. In the meeting the wise rat rose up and shared her vision, “guys if only we would put a bell around the neck of a cat, this trouble will be enough cause we will be able to tell of its whereabouts”. Acknowledging the brilliant ideas, all the rats threw a big dance celebrating the greatest victory over their long tormenting enemy the cat. However one rat created a scene of sadness and dismay when he paused a question, ” brilliant idea guys, I respect the great visionary who is desiring to cause a permanent change, but my question is, who will bell the cat?” The party was over, each rat went to his and her corner in silence.

Lesson: Good ideas need critical thinking, it is cool to think outside the box to bring about a change into our circumstances!

Never give up!!!

Those who died yesterday had plans for this morning. And those who died this morning had plans for tonight. Don’t take life for granted. In the blink of an eye, everything can change. So forgive often and love as much as u can. You may never know when, you may not have that chance again. Until your good is better, and your better best, never give up

There is no one more superior than the other; therefore there is no room for looking down at others!

Your best clothes is someone’s rag, your account balance is someone’s church offering, your girlfriend/boyfriend or fiancée’ was someone’s Ex. Every single prostitute you see in a
hotel or on the street at night was at some point in time a virgin. So what is the squabble all about? Life is too small to feel big or better than anybody. We’re all naked to death says Steve Jobs. Nothing can save us from it. There’s nothing you’ve achieved in life that no one else has never gotten. There’s only one thing that is worth bragging which is “LIFE IN GOD ALMIGHTY”. SO BE GOOD TO YOUR FELLOW MAN AND ALWAYS MAKE FRIENDS. Always remember that the people you trample upon on your way up the ladder will be the same you’ll pass on your way down, so cause no problem for others cause if u do, they’ll become your very problem one day. Finally, even banana stems will one day become
dried leaves.

The Road of Resolution

It is good to make godly resolutions, and these steps will help to keep on the right road with God through the year.

Relationship
Reaffirm your relationship with God
He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. Michah 6:8
Review
Look back on the past year and ask God to show you areas of sin and weakness that might have hindered your spiritual growth. Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. Psalm 139:23-24
Repent
Confess your sin and ask God to forgive you. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9
Refresh
Ask God to refresh you and to give you a new vision for the year ahead.
“For I know the plans I have you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
Renew
Ask God to help you see your life from His perspective, and renew your commitment to His vision and purpose for your life. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – His good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2
Resolve
Resolve to be faithful to God’s purpose in your life and to glorify Him in the areas that He has revealed to you as you have prayed to Him. I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:14

Record
Write down the things that God has revealed to you in prayer, and review them frequently, remembering that it is only by His grave that you are able to grow in Him. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Hebrews 4:16

Be Blessed
